We decided to share with you a little BTS in this newsletter. Every story in this newsletter passed through the same set of hands before it reached you.

A field officer in Uttarakhand flagged a declining enrolment trend to state leadership. A programme lead in Jammu & Kashmir ran a ten-day sprint that got 40,000 more teachers onto a chatbot. A data analyst in Tripura built a dashboard that enabled the state to send data backed proposals to the Project Approval Board.

None of these moments arrived pre-packaged for this newsletter’s audience. They arrived as WhatsApp updates, interview transcripts, internal decks, and hurried voice notes from the field. Turning that raw material into something that you, our reader can actually use is the work of ConveGenius's Market Presence & Brand team. It is, deliberately, a story this newsletter doesn't often tell about itself.

The team's first job is simple to say and hard to do consistently: see the impact happening on the ground, capture it before it disappears into a status update nobody reads twice, and shape it into something that travels. Impact doesn't arrive in one shape. Sometimes it's a state government citing data generated by solutions we have built as a "source of truth" in an internal meeting nobody outside that room would otherwise hear about. Sometimes it's a teacher's offhand comment during a training session that captures more about product fit than any dashboard could. The team stays close enough to the ground, and attentive enough, that these moments don't get lost between the field and the boardroom. This edition alone drew directly from programme and Growth & Impact teams working in Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Tripura, proof that this capture process runs continuously, not only when someone remembers to ask.

What makes this sustainable isn't any single well-written piece, it's the pipeline the team has built underneath it. Raw field material now moves through a repeatable process into three distinct outputs: this Quarterly Investor Newsletter that you are reading, a monthly data stories report for the Rashtriya Vidya Samiksha Kendra structured around problem, data, decision, and implementation, and shorter Advocacy Data Stories shaped for whichever stakeholder audience needs them next. The same underlying story about Tripura's data journey, for instance, can inform an investor-facing narrative about institutional trust and a government-facing report about VSK's governance role, without either version feeling like a repurposed copy of the other. That discipline, never letting a good story get told only once, in only one register, is as real a piece of process innovation as anything we ship as a product.

None of this works if field teams treat sharing their work as an occasional favour to the Brand team rather than a routine part of how they operate. Most new organisational practices reach the last mile as compliance, something done because it's asked for, not because it's valued. The team's harder, less visible work has been building the opposite: programme leads and Growth & Impact colleagues who now volunteer their stories, their data, and their photographs because they've seen what happens to them afterward. The range of contributors behind this single edition, spanning teams that rarely interact with each other day to day, is itself evidence that storytelling has moved from an ask to a habit across the organisation.

Every story in this edition is evidence of ConveGenius's work in the field. This section is evidence of the discipline that makes sure that work doesn't stay confined to the field, that it reaches the people whose confidence and continued partnership make the next round of ground stories possible.
