Bodhan AI Summit, held in Delhi in February 2026, marked a significant milestone in India's journey towards a sovereign digital future for education. The summit was organised by Bodhan.AI, an IIT Madras-incubated initiative supported by the Ministry of Education.
More than 120 organisations working in the Technology and AI space in Education showcased their work in the arena at Bharat Mandapam.
ConveGenius (CG) via its kiosk and its presence on the dais showcased how SwiftChat (platform) acts as the critical bridge between advanced AI research and real-world classroom adoption.
The central theme of CG’s participation was the Accessibility Gap. While advanced AI models are being developed, the challenge remains: how do we ensure these tools reach classrooms across the full diversity of India’s education system?
We positioned SwiftChat as the Unified Layer designed to democratize access to the Bharat EduAI Stack.
We showcased how SwiftChat is a massive force in Indian education:
One of the most impactful solutions presented by CG addressed the challenge of Holistic Progress Cards (HPC). The current policy vision moves “Beyond Marks” to track academic, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), and behavioural growth. However, the reality of a 1:40 (and sometimes more) teacher-student ratio often turns "holistic" into "bureaucratic" data entry.
CG’s approach, integrated with the Bharat EduAI Stack, rethinks evidence capture:
- Natural Evidence Generation :
- Teacher-in-the-Loop :
- The Result :
Instead of extra data entry, academic and SEL signals are captured as a by-product of daily usage of EdTech tools.
The AI stack interprets these multi-modal signals, such as child speech diagnostics or handwriting and maps them to competency frameworks.
Teachers receive a pre-filled, evidence-backed HPC to review and approve, reducing the administrative burden by 90% while increasing insight.

We also addressed the problem of "Insights on the Go." While data is abundant, it is often fragmented across multiple products, leading to cognitive overload for administrators.
To solve this, we shared the concept of an AI Thinking Partner. By using the Conversational Reasoner within the Bharat EduAI Stack, SwiftChat can synthesize billions of data points into strategic dialogue. This allows administrators to:
This allows administrators to:
- Move away from fragmented dashboards to reasoning-based conversations.
- Translate complex signals into clear, actionable strategies.
- Engage in evidence-based decision-making without needing specialized data science skills.
The impending collaboration between ConveGenius and Bodhan.AI will be built on a shared metaphor: the temple chariot. Just as a massive chariot moves only when thousands pull the ropes in unison, India's educational future depends on an aligned ecosystem.
Together, with the larger ecosystem, we are building a sovereign, context-aware AI that ensures no demographic is left behind in Bharat's digital transformation.
