ConveGenius.AI has been awarded a mandate by the Government of Jharkhand to design and implement Data Lakes for the state’s Vidya Samiksha Kendra (VSK), a crucial leap toward a unified, data-driven education governance system serving 35,000 government schools, 50 lakh students, and 1.2 lakh teachers.

Currently, digital platforms such as e-VidyaVahini and J-Guruji diligently capture crucial datasets on attendance, assessments, and field inspections. However, these systems operate in isolation, limiting the ability to generate cross-programmatic insights and fully leverage the power of state-wide education data.

Real-Time Data Dashboards on Display at Vidya Samiksha Kendra, Jharkhand.

The Jharkhand Vidya Samiksha Kendra will integrate datasets from UDISE+, e-VidyaVahini, J-Guruji, JHPMS, and state-specific learning assessments into a centralized Data Lake architecture. This unified repository, paired with an advanced dashboard suite, will enable real-time analytics, predictive modelling, and evidence-based decision-making, empowering the Education Department to monitor school performance, student learning outcomes, and resource allocation with unmatched precision.

Built on robust data governance protocols, the system will ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with privacy regulations. Real-time dashboards for policymakers, administrators, and school leaders will provide actionable intelligence on key indicators such as enrollment, attendance, academic performance, and infrastructure readiness—driving targeted interventions, optimal budgeting, and timely academic support.

Aligned with NEP 2020’s vision of technology-led governance, this initiative transforms fragmented data into a strategic state asset, positioning Jharkhand as a frontrunner in evidence-based education reform.
