The landscape of global education is standing at a pivotal crossroads. On February 17, 2026, on the sidelines of the India AI Impact Summit, a landmark initiative was formally launched to ensure that the AI revolution leaves no learner behind: The Global AI for Learning Alliance (GAILA).

Co-led by UNICEF and partners, with initial support from the Gates Foundation and a Secretariat operated by Dalberg, GAILA is a first-of-its-kind coordination platform. Its mission is clear: to scale effective, responsible, and inclusive AI-powered solutions that accelerate learning outcomes in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs)

ConveGenius is proud to be a part of this global movement. Our Founder, Shashank Pandey, attended the GAILA working group meeting in New Delhi, joining frontier AI firms, governments, and EdTech leaders to solve the "collective action challenge" in AI for education.

The meeting was centered on a "Call to Action" to ensure AI adoption is equitable, safe, and contextually relevant. As Shashank Pandey noted during the event:

"ConveGenius believes in 'Sabka AI' - AI for all. This Call to Action embodies our vision of inclusive AI-enabled learning that reaches every learner, regardless of geography or socioeconomic background".

During the working group sessions, the alliance evaluated 10 critical focus areas for AI in education. Through rigorous analysis, the group identified three priority areas that fall into the high-feasibility, high-impact quadrant. These priorities have the greatest potential to deliver measurable value and scale quickly in LMICs.

At ConveGenius we are actively working across all three of these priority areas with our best-in-class products:

1. Analytics for Better Monitoring and Resourcing:

Leveraging data-driven insights to help education systems identify gaps and allocate resources where they are needed most. (Swift Insights integrated across the platform including the RVSK platform now.)

2. Personalised and Adaptive Teacher Training & Feedback:

Moving beyond "one-size-fits-all" professional development by providing teachers with AI-powered coaching and adaptive feedback loops. (Teacher Agents as part of our LEP offering)

3. Automated Grading and Feedback:

Using AI to automate the grading of assignments and assessments, providing students with immediate feedback while freeing up valuable time for educators (Holistic Progress Card Application on SwiftChat)

Driving System-Level Change

At ConveGenius, we have always voiced that technology becomes truly impactful when it strengthens the architecture of education systems, rather than existing in isolation. Our alignment with GAILA’s priorities underscores our commitment to platform innovation and ecosystem credibility.

By mapping our core products to these global priorities, we are ensuring that our impact is not just self-reported, but externally validated by the highest standards of the international education community. We are moving beyond pilots to achieve institutional adoption, ensuring that the promise of AI serves the priorities of governments, educators, and families alike.

As we move forward, ConveGenius remains dedicated to the GAILA vision: making AI in education safe, effective, and truly accessible across the Global South. Together, we are making "Sabka AI" a reality.
