In an era defined by rapid technological shifts, preparing the next generation for the workforce requires more than traditional classroom learning. On December 3, we reached a major milestone in this mission with the launch of the Career Tours Mini App, a self-paced digital learning experience developed in partnership with Amazon Future Engineers.

The Career Tours Mini App is designed to introduce both students and teachers to the foundational pillars of the 21st-century economy. Through short, video-led modules created by the industry experts, learners explore high-growth fields including:

  • Cloud Computing
  • Data Centers
  • Robotics

To ensure that high-quality career exploration is inclusive, the platform is available in seven languages, making this critical solution accessible to a diverse range of learner groups across different regions.

Since its launch, the app has evolved well beyond the pilot stage, showcasing the scalability and system-level problem-solving needed for national impact. In a short period, it has achieved substantial scale and adoption across states such as Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, and Jammu & Kashmir, with over 74,000 users already having created profiles. This widespread engagement reinforces our ability to execute with complex stakeholders and deliver real-world outcomes.

Career tours app powered by SwiftChat

One of the core strengths of the Career Tours Mini App is its streamlined onboarding process, which leverages platform innovation to maximize engagement and minimize drop-offs. Key enhancements include:

  • Instant Access: Mandatory fields have been reduced to just "User Type" and "Full Name," allowing learners to begin their journey immediately.
  • SwiftChat Integration: We have enabled smart auto-fill from SwiftChat where data exists, significantly reducing manual entry.
  • Reduced Barriers: Long upfront profile forms have been removed, and learners can access the first four modules right away before being prompted for additional details.
  • Data Integrity: By eliminating default dropdown selections, we ensure higher accuracy in the data captured, reflecting a product built for long-term defensibility and maturity.

The Career Tours Mini App is more than just a digital tool; it is a bridge to the future. By combining mission-driven content with rigorous execution, we are providing students with the roadmap they need to navigate the careers of tomorrow. With thousands of students already certified and a growing footprint across the country, we are proud to be addressing career awareness gaps for students in public education systems through accessible technology that empowers them to make informed choices.
